can some one give me a recipe or a link to one on how to make the best or close to pork chops.
maybe a corn on the cob, and mash potatoes.Whats the best pork chop recipe?
Rinse your pork chops in cold water......as sometimes they don't always get the bone material off when the meat cutter cuts them.......
Pour some canned plain bread crumbs in a zip lock bag. Put the moist chops in the bag one at a time and shake it until they are coated........
Put about 4 tablespoons of oil in a Teflon pan on medium to high heat , get it hot...toss a trace of the bread crumbs in the pan...when they sizzle......add your pork chops.....fry till golden brown on each side for about 5 minutes.......clear juice will run out when you flatten a fork or spatula on top of the chop....remove the chops onto a paper towel to blot off the oil.
In a coffee cup...put 1 and a half tablespoons of flour, dash of sea salt and a dash of pepper.......add a little boiling water to this and stir it with a fork until there aren't any lumps. Reheat your pan drippings when hot.........stir in the flour mixture, add about a half of a cup of milk and stir for about 5 minutes.........serve over the mashed potato's and the pork.......or I like to lightly squeeze a wedge of lemon over my pork........
For the boiled potatos.......I like to add a teaspoon of bacon grease when I mash them..........I scrub the skin clean and leave it on.....also some real butter and a few tablespoons of milk.
For the corn on the cob.......cold water a 1/4 of a cup of milk......a pinch of sugar.........bring to a boil and drop in the corn until the kernel is soft..........Whats the best pork chop recipe?
Bake the pork chops in the oven in a pan... with chopped onions in it and chopped potatoes in there. cook for 45 minutes to an hour. for sid use like salad, with mashed potatoes. or mashed potatoes and green beans. or mashed potatoes and corn. or salad and baked potato. Or steamed vegetables. or Green bean casorole. for desert. Chocolate chip cookies.

This is true.
I've had pork chops 9,000 different ways
and nothing beats ';Shake and Bake'; original recipe.
The chops come out so juicy.
Make sure you serve them with apple sauce.
Try it.

Stuffed Pork Chops with Beer-Glazed Onions
Ingredients:
4 bone-in rib pork chops (1 1/2-inches thick)
4 slices hickory smoked or peppered bacon
4 ounces Fontina or white Cheddar cheese, grated (1 cup)
salt and pepper
Beer-glazed Onions, for stuffing (recipe follows)
Preparation:
Cook bacon in skillet or on griddle over medium high heat until crispy. Drain bacon on paper towels, crumble and add to onion mixture. Stir in cheese, set aside.
Prepare pork chops for stuffing by inserting sharp paring or boning knife through side of each chop until tip touches bone. Carefully cut opening to width of about 1 inch. Swing knife tip through chop to create pocket, being careful not to widen opening. Turn knife and swing blade in opposite direction to make finished pocket as large as possible.
Divide onion mixture among 4 chops (about 1/4 cup stuffing for each). Carefully stuff the mixture into the center of each chop. Season both sides of chops with salt and pepper. Preheat grill to 400 to 450 degrees F. Spray chops lightly with cooking spray, place on hot grill. Cover; cook for 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F using an instant-read thermometer. Remove from grill, cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
