it is one cup of ketchup and 1 can of cola(has to be carbonated) for 4 pork chops, tell me what you think, i think is taste great! you are also add a sprinkle of brown sugar to taste(optional)Do you a suprising great tasting pork chop recipe?
cook this b4 marinating the chops :


1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup maple syrup/brown sugar/honey,


less than 1/4 cup of worcestershire sc/ur fav. steak sc,1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. prepared mustard, 1 tbsp. vege. oil,1 tbsp. vinegar, dash of salt, ground cloves %26amp; blk. pepper.


ready for baking/grilling/pan frying at med. heat. for 10 min./+.


u can saute chunks of cucumbers, onions, pineapples, %26amp; tomatos w/leftover sauce, pour over the chops when ready, or serve chops as it is. enjoy !

I have tryed that on steak,its good if you add a little italian dressing to it its also great. But my favorite recipe for pork chops is to stuff them with stovetop for pork and put a pinaple slice on top.Yummie.
