I've found that one of the best ways to cook porkchop is to pan fry them. Very easy. Marinate first with ginger juice and some brandy. Add a little soy sauce and black pepper and you are on your way. Panfry each side about 5 minutes or so, depending on the thickness or your porkchop. But make sure it is cooked through. You don't want to be eating half cooked pork. Serve with a fresh salad. Enjoy!
This recipe is absolutely delicious! Enjoy...
Sour Cream Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS:
6 pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 large onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cups boiling water
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
DIRECTIONS:
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and then dredge in 1/2 cup flour. In a skillet over medium heat, lightly brown chops in a small amount of oil.
Place chops in slow cooker, and top with onion slices. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water and pour over chops. Cover, and cook on Low 7 to 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
After the chops have cooked, transfer chops to the oven to keep warm. Be careful, the chops are so tender they will fall apart. In a small bowl, blend 2 tablespoons flour with the sour cream; mix into meat juices. Turn slow cooker to High for 15 to 30 minutes, or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve sauce over pork chops.
here's my favorite: just pan-saute them with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder. my fave thing to eat them with is a delicious sauerkraut dish made with canned sauerkraut, onion, and a little v8. someone made it for me and it is delish. for sides, a baked potato and salad. even nice the next day if you nuke it IMHO ;)

A really easy one is beat a couple of eggs in a bowl big enough to accomodate a pork chop. On another plate pour out some Italian Seasoned bread crumbs. Dip and coat (both sides) of the pork chop in the egg batter then coat with the bread crumbs on both sides and fry in a pan till done with either cooking spray, olive oil, butter, whatever you prefer.
So easy and delicious - Cuban Style Pork Chops
Fry pork chops without breading in small amount of vegetable oil until tender and done (don't overcook or will be dry). In the last 3 minutes of cooking, squeeze generous amount of fresh lime juice - not bottled- over pork chops. Remove and place on platter. Take 1 or 2 large Vidalia or sweet onions and fry in same pan until carmelized. You can squeeze a little lime juice over the onions after they are carmelized. Serve over top of pork chops.
My family likes my pizza pork chops the best...dip them in egg, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, bake till almost ready, cover with spagettie sauce and mozzerella cheese and bake till cheese looks like pizza...then don't worry be happy jjust like your taste buds.
