I need a good healthy pork chop recipe.?

I have some thin boneless pork chops and I usually bread them and fry them or just season them and fry them. My husbands cholesterol came back high so I'm looking to change it up. I have already tried shake and bake and he did not like it! If anyone has some good healthy ideas please share!!I need a good healthy pork chop recipe.?
I brown the chops in a little olive oil, then bake them in a casserole dish covered with pork gravy made from a packet of dry gravy mix. The McKormicks gravy mix is fat free, and all you add is water.I need a good healthy pork chop recipe.?
Shake and bake is not what I like either. I will go back to the old ways of shaking the chop in a bag of flour wit h spices, salt, black pepper, a little garlic powder , onion power and pan frying untill browned on all sides and then reducing the heat to a low fry with lid on pan. Hope it works, as shake and bake just doesn't do it either.Also only use black cast iron pan.
Simmer chops 3-5 minutes per side with one sliced white onion in pan in no-sodium chicken broth and cover... serve on cous cous or Kashi with roasted sweet potatoes and coarse sea salt and cracked pepper, and fresh snap green beans in lemon garlic vinaigrette...................
go ahead and bread and fry the pork chops!! this isn't the problem. As long as you are frying in canola, olive or coconut oil!!!





I like to drop those pork chops in coconut oil in the skillet and brown them gently (without the breading). then mix 1/4 cup instant rice with a can of cream of celery soup, half a can of milk, and 1/2 cup frozen green beans. Put this in baking dish and top with the pork chops. cover tightly with foil and bake in 350F oven 30 minutes. But now I can't have the rice because of diabetes!!!
Marinate them in 1 part lime juice, 2 parts olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary for 30-60 minutes.





Then grill them. If they are thin, you should only need 3-5 minutes on each side on high heat.
