Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Saute raisins, sweet onions and coarsely chopped apples until the onions are soft (don't let the apples get mushy).
Deglaze the pan and reserve the liquid to baste the pork chops.

make marinade with soy sauce and duck sauce
3 parts duck to 1 part soy.
they come out sticky and yummy
spoon of apple sauce on top, top with cheese and grill until melted, really easy and yum!
