Not good enought to vote for?

This is so easy.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Quickly brown and season (salt, pepper, sage) both sides of pork chops, but do not cook through.

Prep a 9x13 baking pan with non-stick spray

Place pork chops in pan

Mix together 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix, 1 bottle Russian salad dressing (no fat version okay) and 1 jar marmalade (or peach jam, or apricot jam - your choice of jam!). Pour over pork chops and bake till done.

Sides: corn on the cob and a lettuce salad or coleslaw.
Brine + Pork Chop= best pork chop.

Let's say, 2 qts. water. 1/2 cup kosher salt, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 bay leaves, 5 pepercorns.

Bring to a simmer for five minutes. pour this liquid over 1 qt? of ice to cool it down, should disperse the salinity also.

Check flavor, should be pretty salty but don't worry, that's the idea. soak pork in liquid for two hours, pat dry and grill. VERY EASY. Very tasty.
I was always taught to dip the meat into the egg %26amp; milk mixture first, and THEN the bread crumbs, prior to frying, as this helps to coat more evenly...

I use olive oil, its healthier!

Mashed potatoes is always a good side, with a tossed salad.... and of course, apple sauce!
Saute onions, celery in 1/3 stick butter, add 1/4 cup water, then add bread crumbs, bells seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place pork chops in oven pan, and top them or stuff them with mix. Bake 325-350 degrees until done, about 45 min to hour.
6 chops

2 tbsp. cooking oil

2 tbsp. catsup

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp. soy sauce

Arrange chops in single layer in baking dish. In small bowl, combine other ingredients, using a wire whisk or fork. Brush 1/2 over chops. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Turn chops and spread with remaining sauce. Bake additional 20 minutes.
Brown the pork chops over med. high heat. Then mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with a can of water and pour over the chops. Cover and simmer until tender. This is great and the soup makes the very best gravy!
Korean Marinated Pork Chops (My personal recipe based on traditional Korean BBQ Beef)

In large zip lock bag combine the following:

1 cup fermented Soy Sauce or Tamari (Kikkoman is a common brand)

2 tbls dry sherry

1 tbls minced fresh garlic or 1/2 tabls garlic powder

1/4 cup chopped scallions

3 tbls brown sugar

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (1/4 tsp of minced jalapeno works too)

1 tbls toasted sesame oil

1 tbls toasted sesame seeds

Place the pork chops in the bag, remove as much excess air as you can and seal it. Manipulate the chops through the bag so they're all coated with the marinade and place in the fridge. Turn the bag once every 1/2 hour for 2 hours (or more if you like a really strong flavour).

The pork chops can now be grilled on a bbq grill (best method), on an indoor grill, or broiled in the broiler or oven. You can even saute them in a pan with a little canola oil on the stove top until done if you like.

Then if you wish, you can add some unsalted chicken stock to the marinade and reduce it by about half and serve it as a sauce on the side. (This is not required, the chops will be very flavourful on their own)

I usually serve this on top of green leaf lettuce (not iceberg), with a side of kimchee, a fiery korean pickled cabbage condiment (trust me it's easier to buy it than make it) and a salad of bean sprouts, julienned snow peas, julienned red bell pepper and thai basil or mint. A simple dressing of rice or white wine vinegar, canola oil, salt, pepper, minced ginger and a little white sugar works well.

Whenever I take this dish to a barbecue, it's gone as fast as it cooks through...I rarely get any!
go to allrecipes.com

corn, mash potato's, green beans, turnip greens, bake beans, potato salad and sweet potato's are good sides.
if you have crock pot they are really good cooked in there! just season to your taste! also some white rice and you pour the juice from the crock pot onto your rice when there all done! also like to make fried corn.
sure.

Put 3 or 4 pork chops in a pan at medium setting. Brown one side of the chops and flip them over. Chop an onion into 3 or 4 slices (one for each chop) and put them on top of the pork. Put a spoonful of rice on top of each onion slice. Add a can of tomatoes (with the juice). Put one tomato on top of the rice, on each chop, leave the others in the pan to simmer. Cover the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes. You can make extra rice on the side to serve the pork on top of.
Chicken Fried Pork Chops

These are really good.

Ingredients:

2eggs beaten

1 sleeve of saltine crackers crushed

Oil

Dip your pork chops in the beaten eggs.

Then dip them in the crushed crackers to form a nice coating.

Fry them on med heat until brown on both sides.

Add enough water to the frying pan to cover bottom about a 1/4 inch. Cover and let cook until done.

I am having this for supper tonight with Scalloped Potatoes and corn. They are really good and do taste like chicken. Isn't that funny? Everything taste like chicken..lol

Have A Good Day!
The breaded pork chop recipe is good but i have a suggestion for breading technique. Before you dip the chops into bread crumbs, dip them into flour first. Shake off the excess flour then dip into the egg and then the crumbs. It just makes everything stick better and you end up with a very crispy coating.

You can also do stuffed pork chops easily. Get the thick cut boneless chops and a box of Stovetop stuffing. Make a cut on the side of the chop with a very sharp knife and cut all the way into the chop without cutting all the way through. Prepare the stuffing according to the box and stuff the chops. Bake at 350 for about 40 to 50 minutes and serve with brown gravy. That way you have the meat and a side dish.
This is the simplest I've ever seen, and pork chops are so delicious on their own that it isn't necessary to cover them with a lot of stuff.

Braised Pork Chops

4 pork loin or rib chops, about 1/2 inch thick

I teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup pineapple juice, apple juice or water

Cook pork chops over medium heat until brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Reduce heat; pour juice or water on pork. Cover and simmer--extremely low heat--until done, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove pork chops to warm platter and prepare gravy with the pan drippings if desired.
Slice the pork fillet and clap it with a special hammer with little teeth (you should be able to buy it in store if don' t have one). Clap from both sides until it' s quite thin. Smash some eggs in one shallow, flat bowl and some wheat flour in the other. Pour some oil on the pan. Take the slice of meet, dip it into theflour from both sides, then into the egg and bake. You can also Goes good with boiled potatoes and cucumber-tomato salad
Hehe.

Hmmmm. Rub them down with brown sugar, salt, a little bit of coffee grinds (helps retain moisture), black pepper and other stuff u like. Slap em on a charcoal grill, cook, baste them with bbq sauce 15 mins before you take them off. Trust me,im a pro. lol. Not really but I am competiting in a bbw competition comming up in August! Good luck. Baked spuds go good....also try bbqing come squash or zucchinni and also bbq some thick pineapple slices.
brown pork chops and put in roaster pan. make gravy w/the grease in the frying pan. pour gravy and 1 can of mushroon soup mixed in the gravy over chops and bake 1 hr. always apple sauce /pork chops
I buy the thin boneless chops first. Mix some seasoned bread crumbs with salt, pepper, garlic salt, parsley, etc. in one bowl, scamble some eggs in another bowl. Dip the chops in the bread crumps, then egg, then crumbs again, fry until brown and serve with a wild rice mixture. My family loves it. You can use regular chops too.
When I am in a hurry and everyone is hungry, I fry the porkchops on either side and then put an undiluted can of mushroom soup spooned over the top of them and put a lid on with the heat turned down until it is all cooked and soupy. Everyone loves this!

A good side is any kind of rice mix or garlic mashed potatoes. Just use instant potatoes and add garlic the last 10 minutes and butter. Yum !
