So I am cooking for my boyfriend's birthday tomorrow, it is going to 74 degrees so I was wanting to grill pork chops and make some other other items. Does anyone have any good marinades for pork chops and something else to cook along wit themGrilled Pork Chop recipes? Marinades?

Pork Chop and Tenderloin Marinade
1/2 cup peanut oil (no substitutions)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon liquid hickory smoke
1 teaspoon garlic power or 3 cloves fresh pressed
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup parsley flakes
Preparation:
Marinade pork chops or tenderloin in a Zip-Top bag for at least 4 hours, shaking often. One can also freeze bags of pork chops, marinade and all. They will last up to six months in the freezer if you burp all of the air out of the Zip-Top first
BBQ Butter Corn
5 Ear of Corn
1 Stick of Butter (tip)
1/2 Cup of Your Favorite BBQ Rub or BBQ Seasoning
1. Shuck your corn (remove it from its encasement)
2. Melt your butter in the microwave.
3. Combine your dried seasonings with melted butter.
4. Drizzle the BBQ butter mixture on top of your corn and mix together.
5. In a grill pan (or grill), bring to high heat and sear all sides of the corn until they become bright yellow in color and a little charred.
6. Before you serve, toss in any leftover butter.
7. Serve and enjoy!
Greek Salad
25 Pieces
1 Carton Cherry Tomatoes (tip)
1 Cup Pitted Kalamata Olives (tip)
1 Cucumber
1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta
1 Cup Greek Dressing
instructions1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss the tomatoes and olives with 1/3 a cup of the Greek salad dressing and then drop on a cookie sheet pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes start to crack and wilt.
2. Slice your cucumber into 陆 inch thick slices.
3. To assemble, place cucumber slice on the serving platter, then smear one roasted tomato on top, one olive, a few crumbles of feta on top, and then drizzle the whole plate with the extra Greek salad dressing.
hintsYou can cook the tomatoes and olives 1 day in advance.
You want the tomatoes and olives to be warm when you serve this so if you pre-cook them just hold them in a 200 degree oven until service.
Believe it or not I marinade it with Zesty Italian Dressing (well I don't believe it) I've read it 100 times and finally tried and and now that's how I do it. Here are some more good ones:

I love Grilled Pork Chops, But can't stand dried out ones...
Here is my own marinate that keeps the moist for Grilling.
I usually double or triple this as it depends on how much chops you use.
2 Tablespoons of Corn Starch
4 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Sugar
Again this makes a small amount so double or triple this.
Marinate over night, if you can't do it overnight at least 5+ hours would be best.
Then you can use what ever sauce you want n them when you Grill them
BBQ Sauce/ Teriyaki Sauce
Happy Grilling
You can coat them instead!
Mix breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and perhaps some rosemary or thyme on a plate.
Whisk 1 egg and put on another plate.
Dip pork chop in egg so that it is completely covered.
Dip in breadcrumb mix.
Pan-fry in butter.
Serve with a nice salad and potato wedges
