Anyone up for a good Pork Chop recipe?

Get 2'; thick center cut chops

slice from outer edge of meat to bone, making like a pocket

fry some sausage, make the pieces like hamburger for tacos

bake a small pone of cornbread, crumble after it cools

mix cornbread and sausage, use a little beef broth to moisten

stuff the mixture into the chop opening

using a fish grilling basket, grill the chops for about 45 to 50 minutes depending on how hot your grill is, turning every 8 to 10 minutes

you don't have to worry if the stuffing is done, you already cooked it.Anyone up for a good Pork Chop recipe?
Now....that's what I call a good recipe!! I've never believed in cooking the the stuffing inside the bird or meat. I'm gonna try this. Can't go wrong with cornbread. How do I star this?Anyone up for a good Pork Chop recipe?
