Need a good pork chop recipe thats easy...?

help oh and a good chicken breast one to if you got it!Need a good pork chop recipe thats easy...?
These are a couple of easy recipes that you can use for pork chops or throw in chicken instead and totally different from one another:

Smothered Pork Chops

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons onion powder

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon cayenne

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

4 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick, bone-in

1/4 cup olive oil

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup buttermilk

Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, for garnish

Put the flour in a shallow platter and add the onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper; mix with a fork to distribute evenly. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to remove any moisture and then dredge them in the seasoned flour; shaking off the excess.

Heat a large saute pan or cast iron skillet over medium heat and coat with the oil. When the oil is nice and hot, lay the pork chops in the pan in a single layer and fry for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the pork chops from the pan and add a little sprinkle of seasoned flour to the pan drippings. Mix the flour into the fat to dissolve and then pour in the chicken broth in. Let the liquid cook down for 5 minutes to reduce and thicken slightly. Stir in the buttermilk to make a creamy gravy and return the pork chops to the pan, covering them with the sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes until the pork is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Sweet-n-Sour Pork Chops

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Salt and ground black pepper

4 (4-ounce) boneless pork loin chops

1 cup apricot preserves

2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

1/4 cup chopped scallions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops all over with salt and black pepper and add to hot pan. Cook chops 2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Add apricot preserves, soy sauce and ginger and bring to a simmer. Partially cover and simmer 5 minutes, until pork is cooked through. Remove from heat and stir in scallions.Need a good pork chop recipe thats easy...?
Brown your pork chops in a skillet, add a can of cream of mushroom soup, a little milk, season with salt %26amp; pepper (or whatever you like) and bring to boil. Simmer til chops are done. Serve with cooked rice and a side salad. Fast and yummy. You can do the exact same thing with chicken breast.
For pork chops I like to use the new Ranch-Shake and Bake. If I do them stovetop, I sprikle them with a little cinnamon then braise.

Chicken breast-I do them on the stove too and sprinkle a little balsamic vinegar on them after the outside has some color.

You can always toss them in the the crockpot with alittle salt and peppper.
get a cast iron skillett put just a little olive oil in it just enough to keep meat from sticking, put salt and pepper on the top of chop turn it over and put pepper %26amp; salt onitthis way you got both side seasoned, heat that skillet to hot throw chop in sear both side and then cook about 3-4 minutes each side ,serve this with what ever veratables you have handy,i personally like white beans %26amp; potatoes you can mash the potatoes, fry themor bake them and always have some type raw vegatable such as an sweet onion quartered, tomatoes, salad, carrotts,or maybe some cole slaw.or you could get off your can and throw the chop on a hot grill thats good too
