Pork Chop recipe with Soy Sauce?

I used to have a recipe that used boneless pork chops, brown sugar, ketchup and soy sauce.... something like that? I used to make it in my crock-pot. Does anyone have a recipe that is kind of like that?Pork Chop recipe with Soy Sauce?
Brown Sugar Pork Chops





6 pork chops


6 tablespoons brown sugar


6 tablespoons margarine


1 tablespoon soy sauce





Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


Place the pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking pan.


Place 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on top of every pork chop.


Place 1 tablespoon of margarine on top of the brown sugar.


Sprinkle the pork chops with soy sauce.


Cover the pan with foil and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.


Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until browned.

garlic powder


lemon juice


1 cup soy sauce


1 cup water


1 small onion


4 cups cooked rice








Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and brown, drain pot.


Simmer pork chops, soy sauce, and water, with lemon juice and onion till tender.


Serve over rice.

Peking Pork Chops





6 pork chops, about 1'; thick


1/4 c brown sugar


1 tsp ground ginger


1/2 c soy sauce


1/4 c ketchup


1-2 cloves garlic, mashed


Salt %26amp; Pepper, to taste








Trim excess fat from pork chops %26amp; place in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl %26amp; pour over meat. Cover, turn to LOW %26amp; cook 4 to 6 hrs, or until tender. Season w/ salt %26amp; pepper, if needed. Serve w/ steamed white rice (Jasmine is good) %26amp; Chinese noodles. Serves 6.
