Who has a good pork chop recipe?

I have tried several kinds, and now I want to do something different and exciting!! Please nothing breaded, no sweet and sour, and no shake and bake recipes. If you decide to give me a recipe from online, I'd more so appreciate it if you've tried it and could tell me a little about it. I'm planning on making this with sauteed onions and mushrooms. Not sure on the side dishes yet...

Thank you!!Who has a good pork chop recipe?
marinate your chops in apple juice and whatever spices you like....i like your regulars, salt, pepper, garlic....but i also add a little bit of crushed red chili flakes and a handful of dried cranberries....grill or bake your chops....i use the marinate as a ';gravy/dip';.....i put it on the stove and bring it to a boil to kill the bacteria from the raw pork, then i thicken it slightly with a little corn starchWho has a good pork chop recipe?
