Pork Chop Recipes?

Does anyone have simple weeknight pork chop recipes that are yummy and kid pleasing??? BTW, Im going to be using boneless chops if that makes a difference..Pork Chop Recipes?
Try this.... very simple... Mix 3 parts fine bread crumbs with 1 part Parmesan cheese (fresh graded is best), add 1 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Palm flatten the boneless pork chops then dredge pork in mixture to coat.

Saute slowly (with some chopped onion and garlic and oil) in a large skillet for about 12 to 15 minutes or until done.

Delish! Making this for dinner tonight myself!

Garlic/shallot mashed potatoes and your favorite veggie make a great meal. I roast whole garlic and halved shallots in a pan in the oven at 350 degrees until mushy inside (about 15 to 20 minutes) Then peal and add to butter in a food processor. Mix well then add to mashed potatoes... Also if you have any Monterrey steak seasoning, add some to the potato mixture!Pork Chop Recipes?
I just tried this recipe tonight and it was awesome. I used seasoned bread crumbs and I dredged the chops in egg before coating them in the crumb/Parmesan mixture but it was terrific. Report Abuse

Breaded pork chops ( seasoned bread crumbs and bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes)

Pan fry until browned turn down heat until fully cooked, can of creamed soup to make a sauce.

Pork Helper, it's like hamburger helper for pork, handy product.

Pork stir-fry slice thinly, stir fry with favorite frozen veggies + bottled teriyaki sauce. ( you can marinate meat with sauce ahead of time for added flavor ).

Pan fry pork chops and add BBQ sauce.

I usually make side dishes of Rice-a-Roni, or mac+ cheese, mashed potatoes, etc..... Don't forget a side of veggies.
Honeyed Pork Chops

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

6 boneless pork chops

3 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 small onion, chopped

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and brown the pork chops about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix the honey, water, soy sauce, onion, ginger, and pepper. Pour over the pork chops in the baking dish.

Bake pork chops 1 hour in the preheated oven, to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
buy 6 pork chops, place in pan in a mixing bowl add a cup of coke and a cup of ketchup mix together and pour over the boneless pork chops. cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for a hour and half or until the chops are done. My son loves these and it sounds weird but they are really good and easy to throw together for a good supper. Enjoy
2 of my faves are slowcooker recipes (you can start it in the morning go to work and come home to a nice meal).

a friend gave this one to me:

chops in the pot

salt and pepper (and dredge in flour if you like) your chops (I also use boneless thick chops) and braise (brown them over high heat to seal in juices) them in a little oil. Then layer them in your crock pot add a little mustard powder about a tsp and then take a family can (26 oz) of Campbells chicken and stars. Cook on low all day and then serve with a vegetable. Very good.

The other recipe my family loves can be done in the slow cooker or the oven.

Braise your chops just like the other recipe. Layer them in a casserole dish or your slowcooker. In a seperate bowl combine onion soup mix and mushroom soup (I have tried store brands of both and don't like them so I use Lipton and campbells) add a little bit of water maybe 1/4 cup for casserole dish a little more for the slow cooker and then pour over the top (you can also cut up fresh mushrooms and add it to the gravy also). Cook in the oven at 350 for an hour (if you have time I like to cook mine in the oven at 300 for about 2 hours or cook it in a slow cooker). The lower the temp and the longer you cook the more tender your chops will be.

You can also find some really good recipes at www.allrecipes.com. Good luck!!
go to deliah smiths or gordan ramsey's web site. or ask the children what they would like on them.
Pan fry your chops and then remove them from the pan for a time. Add two cans of cream of chicken soup and your favorite veggies (can be canned, raw or frozen veggies - it doesn't matter) . Stir the mixture together (picking up all the drippings from the cooked chops) until the soup has thinned to the consistancy of a gravy and the veggies are heated all the way through. Put the chops back into the mixture and simmer on low heat until everything is warmed completely. Serve over rice.

Another quick recipe is to put the chops in the crockpot on low (season to taste) with some prepared boxed stuffing mix (such as Stove Top), add a can of your favorite canned gravy or 1 can of chicken stock, along with 1 jar (15oz) of chunky applesauce. Cook the mixture on low for about 3 - 4 hours for thawed chops/ 5 - 6 hours for frozen. Enjoy!
My personal favorite is as follows:

You need 4 pork chops

1 package of onion soup mix (Mrs Grass)

2.5 - 3 cups of water

2/3 cups rice

Preheat the oven to 350. You brown the chops and then put them on top of the uncooked rice in a casserole dish. Then in the pan you browned them in, you add the water and soup mix. Heat it slightly and then pour it into the casserole dish. Cook for an hour. Cook covered, removing the cover for the last 10-15 min. Check the moisture at the halfway mark and add more water if necessary.

I've also had it take less than an hour, just depends on how many porkchops you actually use I think.
You can put them in a boil bag in the oven with pork chop seasoning and onion soup mix. There is also shake and bake! Both are absolutely awesome.
Chops and Potato Dinner

4 boneless porkchops

1 pkg. Scallopped or au gratin potatoes

non-dairy creamer to replace milk in potatoes

Prepare potatoes according to directions using nondairy creamer in place of milk. Place potatoes in crock pot. Place chops on top of potatoes. Turn slow cooker on high for 1-2 hours or until potatoes have absorbed excess liquid and chops are cooked through.
