Looking for a healthy baked pork chop w/ apples recipe?

I have some thick cut boneless chops in the fridge. and 3 organic apples that i'd like to make into a meal. I pretty much have an idea of what i wanna do, add a little thyme.. but i want it to be as healthy as possible. any recipes?Looking for a healthy baked pork chop w/ apples recipe?
BAKED PORK CHOPS AND APPLES





2 tbsp. butter


1/2 c. chopped onion


6 (1 inch thick) pork chops


1 tsp. salt


1/2 tsp. pepper


4 cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced


1 c. water


3 tbsp. brown sugar


1/2 tsp. dry mustard


1/4 tsp. ground cloves





Melt butter in large skillet; add onion and saute until tender. Remove onion and set aside. Brown pork chops on both sides in butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange chops in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Cover with apple slices; sprinkle with onion. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.Looking for a healthy baked pork chop w/ apples recipe?
do you have any sauerkraut.


I mix a little chopped appple with brown sugar and grated apples.


line the bottom of a roast pan.


fast fry the chops.... season with salt and pepper


place on top of the sauerkraut.


put on a lid and bake a t 350 for 1 hour


absolutely decilious
