Pork chop recipe?

my mom used to make this pork chop recipe...and i am not sure how it goes...i believe it was just basic....dry rubbed pork chops in a few cans/bottles of gravy and then she baked them in the oven...has anyone ever done this...it was sooo good...i miss her cooking...and my boyfriend is a very picky eater...so if you have anyother recipes that don't include onions mushrooms veggies and stuff like that i would appreciate it? thanksPork chop recipe?
can of cream *anything (chicken, mushroom, celery, etc.) on top of any dry rubbed then pan seared pork chop is good - either cook them in the method below* for the chicken with rice soup or bake them till done.

*also you can pan sear the chop and then pour on 2 cans of cambells chicken with rice soup, bring to boil then cover and cook till pork chop is done and very tender then....remove cover and cook down the soup till gravy type consistency...served over mashed potatoes - very good

my husband is like that (very picky) - one of his favorite dinners is chicken enchiladas - the man doesn't like sour cream but he does on the sour cream sauce the enchiladas are baked in:

cooked chicken (usually bake or roast 2 hens the day before, we eat one that night and use 1/2 the other bird for this recipe)

taco seasoning

mix those, fill flour tortillas - add cheese (cheddar, monterey jack, pepper jack - whatever on hand) and sometimes add refried beans - line these in a casserole dish

in bowl mix 1 - 16 oz sour cream %26amp; 1 can cream of chicken (add one small can of chopped green chilis if you like - we dont) - pour this on top of the enchilladas - bake 350 20 minsPork chop recipe?

Spicy Pork Chops

Spice these pork chops up by adding more chili powder, or perhaps some cayenne to the rub. Remember to grill them hot and fast.

INGREDIENTS:

* 4 3/4-inch pork loin chops

* 1 tablespoon brown sugar

* 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

* 1/4 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon cumin

* 1/4 teaspoon pepper

PREPARATION:

Mix dry ingredients together. Thoroughly rub spice mixture over the entire surface of each pork chop. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat grill. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes over a medium fire.

Turn once. About 8 grams of fat for each chop.
My grandma made pork chops once that were excellent. All she did was pour a jar of mustard based BBQ sauce on them (it's yellow) and cooked them in the oven for like 20-30 minutes. I think the brand was Maurice's BBQ Sauce.

This website has a picture of it:

sprinkle salt and pepper on it....get some garlic then use a knife to cut a few holes to stuff the garlic in...then stuff some rosemary in the pork chop, then put it in the oven.... my dad used to do this..hes been a chef for 16 years...try it, its really good..!!
Used book stores have ';The I Hate to Cook Book'; by Peg Bracken. She has a great one for pork chops and escalloped potatoes, a casserole. Plus others, of course. With laughs, no less.
I sometimes just stick the pork chops in a crockpot and add cream of chicken soup and cook for about 8 hours on low. Really easy and ready after coming home from work.
I just broil them. Spread them out on the broiling pan, sprinkle medium-heavy with garlic salt, turn over and sprinkle again, then broil for 20 minutes. Simple, easy, and brings 'em back for more.
