What is a good recipe for a pork chop and potato bake?

I am looking for a recipe that would let me do pork chops and potatoes together as a bake, or casserole. Would the pork chops get overcooked in the crock pot?What is a good recipe for a pork chop and potato bake?
Scalloped potatoes with pork chops.


Peel and slice potatoes (about 1/4 inch thick)


Chop medium onion


Chop 2 cloves garlic


Season and brown pork chops


Place a layer of potatoes in botttom of casserole dish


Season with salt, pepper, season salt


Sprinkle a light layer of onion %26amp; garlic


Lightly dust potatoes with flour and drizzle milk over flour


Then a layer of pork chops


Repeat layers til casserole dish is full-potatoes w/onion, garlic, flour, milk on top layer


Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour


Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on top and bake uncovered the last 15 mins.


(you can use cream of mushroom soup instead of flour and milk)


(if you like mushrooms, layer sliced mushrooms on top of pork chops)What is a good recipe for a pork chop and potato bake?
I would cook the chops separately.If you are using a casserole mix for flavour I would boil the vegetables of choice first then transfer all ingredients to an oven proof dish, add the casserole mix and finish off in the oven.
