Simple recipes using pork chops or chicken?

I am a full-time student and a mother. My husbands and my schedules clash, I am looking for some good recipes using mainly pork chops or boneless skinless chicken breast. I've never been a ';cook'; lol but now that my son is old enough to eat regular food, I have to cook and I am very inexperienced. Any suggetions?Simple recipes using pork chops or chicken?
you can sprinkle season salt, black pepper and meat tenderizer on the pork chops and bake on 325 for 30 minutes

you can coat the pork chop with egg white's then in flour and then fry them on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side

you can bake the chicken with bbq sauce in oven for 1 hour on 350

you can chop the chicken breast up and saute them in butter. Add some them to some pasta and mix them togetherSimple recipes using pork chops or chicken?

Excellent with boneless, skinless thighs!!
I recently made this dish for the first time and now they ask for it all the time

brown the chops

add

3 to 4 pealed and sliced apples

sprinkle with 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon(or more if you like) cinnamon, and just a little ground ginger

reduce heat and cover to finish cooking the chops

when the meat is done remove and heat up the liquid in the pan to let it thicken, then pour it over the chops
a easy way to do either, besides frying, is cooking in butter.....you can add black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder....any kind of spices, don't turn the heat wide open, as butter does burn, but cooking over med. heat, they brown really nice....I do this with chicken alot and dice it up in a salad
