my kids love this.empty bag of tator tots in single layer in casserole dish , pour 2 cans french style green beans on top, over that pour 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup. lay thin sliced pork chops on top and bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. the tator tots all kind of mush together .really good. Better than it sounds, trust me.
Our family favorite for the past 40 years! (The grandchildren love it as much as we do.)

Easy No-Bake Pork Chops

4 butterflied boneless chops, about 1 inch thick

1 egg, mixed with approx. 2 Tbsp. milk

Crushed soda crackers (half a sleeve for 4 chops)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan - can use the dried Kraft stuff or fresh

Salt and Pepper

Dip chops in egg mixture, then in cracker crumb/Parmesan mixture.

Place in baking dish, 350 degree oven. Turn over after 20-30 minutes, depending on thickness of chops, and bake another 20 minutes. That's it!
my favorite is shake and bake, easy and good
Brown pork chops on each side, about 1-2 min a side, remove from heat. Open a box of Spanish Rice mix and empty rice in shallow casserole dish. Place pork chops on top. Mix rice mix seasoning package with slightly less boiling water than listed on box and pour over pork chops in casserole. Bake in 305 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
I would suggest you put them under the grill, about 8'; from the top element and grill for about 7 minutes each side. (3/4';-1'; thick)

Add a few more minutes if they are thicker.

Use a rack in the roasting pan to catch the fat as it drips out
