Any good recipes for pork chops i want to cook that for dinner?

Favorite Pork Chops





2 cups soy sauce


1 cup water


1/2 cup packed brown sugar


1 tablespoon molasses


6 bone-in pork loin chops (1-1/2 inches thick)


SAUCE:


3/4 cup ketchup


2/3 cup chili sauce


1/4 cup packed brown sugar


2 tablespoons water


1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard





In a saucepan over medium heat, bring soy sauce, water, brown sugar and molasses to a boil. Remove from the heat; cool to room temperature. pour into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag and refrigerate for 3-6 hours.


Drain and discard marinade. Place pork chops in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350掳 for 30 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.





Basil Pork Chops





1/4 cup packed brown sugar


1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/2 teaspoon chili powder


2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided


4 boneless pork loin chops





In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, basil, salt and chili powder. Gradually stir in 1 tablespoon oil until crumbly. Rub over both sides of pork chops.


In a large skillet, cook pork in remaining oil over medium heat for 7-8 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.





Pork Chops with Herbed Cream Sauce





4 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick


2 tablespoons vegetable oil


1 tablespoon all-purpose flour


1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules


1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley


1/2 teaspoon dried basil, thyme or, tarragon


2/3 cup milk or half-and-half cream


2 tablespoons water


1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper





In a large skillet, cook pork chops in oil until the juices run clear. Remove and keep warm; drain.


Stir the flour, bouillon, parsley and basil into the skillet. Gradually stir in the milk, water and pepper until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Spoon over chops.

I brown the chops in a non-stick fry pan. Then, transfer them to the slow cooker. Add a chopped potato or two, chopped veggies (carrots, turnip, onions, celery, etc.) and corn, peas, chopped green beans, sliced mushrooms, a can of condensed Cream of Mushroom soup and about a cup of water. (*remember to put your ';root'; vegetables on the bottom because they take longer to cook.) Cook on high until everything's tender - I usually prepare in the evening and allow it to cook all night for use the next day.

Fire up the bar-b-que. Serve with Ajvar (pronounced Eye-var) which you can find in the imported food section at your grocery store. It's a roasted vegetable puree used as a condiment. YUM!

Try marinating in ginger, soy sauce, chilli, garlic and honey for an hour or so and then bake in the oven. Serve with potato and salad.
get thick ones, cut them in half but not all the way, and stuff them with stuffing,(box, or homemade) AND PUT IN OVEN AND COOK AT 350 FOR 45 MINUTES!
Baked Pork Chops With Parmesan-Sage Crust


Pork Chops the way they should be. The crusting is delicious, and baking them in the oven keeps them moist and tender.


1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs


1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (about 3 oz)


1 tablespoon dried rubbed sage


1 teaspoon grated lemon zest


2 large eggs


1/4 cup all-purpose flour


4 bone-in center-cut pork loin chops (each about 1 inch thick)


2 tablespoons butter


2 tablespoons olive oil


lemon wedges (optional)


orange wedges (optional)


4 servings





1. Preheat oven to 425掳F.


2. Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, sage and lemon Zest in pie dish.


3. Whisk eggs in medium bowl to blend.


4. Place flour on plate; season generously with salt and pepper.


5. Coat pork chops on both sides with flour; shake off excess.


6. Dip chops into eggs, then coat on both sides with breadcrumb mixture.


7. Melt butter with oil in heavy large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.


8. Add pork chops to skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.


9. Transfer skillet with pork to oven.


10. Bake until pork chops are crisp on the outside and meat thermometer inserted into pork registers 150掳F, about 20 minutes.


11. Transfer pork chops to plates.


12. Garnish with lemon wedges and orange wedges, if desired, and serve
